Pictured here is Thomas Miller with a nice Sea Mullet that missed being a North Carolina Citation fish by just ONE ounce...The fish weighed in at 1# 7 oz...This is a hard citation to get..In all my years of fishing on the OBX, I have but 2 citations for this particular fish..Maybe next time, Thomas.....
