Well, the NCDMF has lowered ths size limit for Flounder this year..We can now keep the 15 inch fish...8 per day per person...Yep, they will be snappin' soon, so visit the OBX and get yourself a plate full of flatfish..Got open dates...Give us a call..See ya!!..cm
