This is a shot up the beach from Avalon Pier House...Notice the small BLUE house in the upper middle of the screen... Yeah, the small blue speck RIGHT on the water...He gets washed out a lot...This is almost 2 hrs before high tide...The white house on stilts, just past the blue house...He has water all the way past his front door...Good thing is, he is elevated a bit..Now that is ocean front!!!!!..
