Clarence -
I have just settled in at home (unpacked the car, kids off on their own, showered, etc.) after a long day of driving back to Ohio. I wanted to send you an email to tell you how much fun we had fishing yesterday. The entire group had a blast. I really appreciate your not canceling us and fitting us into your busy Saturday. I'm sure you would rather have relaxed before having to play at the wedding - so I do appreciate that you took us out anyway. I hope you made it to the wedding in time and we didn't make you late.
In the rush to follow Brian we didn't get your magnets for the refrigerator at the rental house. I will definitely send the owners and managers an email and let them know we would recommend you if any of their future guests are looking for a fishing charter. When I had asked them about it (before I found your web site) they didn't have any names to recommend - so now they will.
Is there any place on your web site where you could post a letter from us? I would be glad to write something letting everyone know what a good time we had. Just let me know if you want me to and I'll email it to you.
We had a DELICIOUS dinner last night and even kept some fish to bring home to mom. She hasn't had fresh fish in many years, so this will be a treat. I am taking it to her tomorrow to fix for dinner. Even the two picky girls ate some - and everyone loved it. We breaded and fried it just like you said and it was perfect!
I have one more question for you. Do you know anyone who does weekend charters? I know I can't get back down there during the week, unless maybe it was a Friday, but I might be able to manage a long weekend (fly in Friday and fly out Sunday or Monday). I would love to spend a whole day fishing (I think I'm hooked)! I would guess in your business most people are there Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, so your weekends are your days off - but I was just wondering about it.
When we start our plans for vacation next year I'll let you know the week. I'll want to book a whole day trip early in the week (in case Mother Nature decides to rain on us again).
