First Mate Eddie and I completed our morning trip today and decided to go look for some Gulf Mullet in the surf..We were joined by "Wimpy", a long line fisherman on the Outer Banks, to fish for fish he rarely fishes for...And Wimpy ends up with the NC Saltwater Citation...Actually, he got two out or three...These citations are Good News!!...exceptional catch paperwork...Why do they call him Wimpy???...hamburgers.
